Carl E. Lee


Carl served as President and CEO of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., which produces a wide range of premium snack foods including brands such as Snyder’s of Hanover®, Lance®, Cape Cod®, Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®, Pop Secret®, Emerald® and Diamond of California®.  In this capacity, he led the transformation of Snyder’s-Lance, growing it from a regional snacks manufacturer to a leading national snack foods company focused on a portfolio of premium, differentiated branded products with an emphasis on “better for you” snacking.

Eric Lenzen


Eric is a journeyman M&A attorney and transactional advisor practicing extensively in the Food and Agribusiness, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and Financial Services industries. Eric has led over $3.5 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of many food and agribusiness concerns, from industrial bakeries to stock yards to seed genetics companies and everything between.

In addition to his practice with law firm of Husch Blackwell LLP, Eric is a seasoned private equity and venture investor with multiple holdings in the food and beverage, agriculture, healthcare, banking, insurance, self-storage and technology sectors. Eric is on the Board of Engendren Corporation, Tech-Canary Corporation, Central Standard Distillery, and Combustion 8 Technologies. Eric has a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Scott Lurie


Scott is the founder and president of F Street Group, which has interests in the Financial, Healthcare, and Food Service industries. Through these entities, Scott has created a truly diversified asset portfolio that includes multiple high-profile restaurant groups. These groups own and operate multiple restaurant and catering businesses, all of which are focused on using fresh, quality ingredients in their kitchens.

Additionally, as founder and president of Milwaukee Hard Money, a local, private hard money lender providing commercial real estate loans for acquisition, renovation, and refinancing of projects. Scott has been the driving force behind financing properties in and surrounding the Milwaukee area, and has generated over $50 million in financed deals.

Scott earned his B.A. in Finance from George Washington University in 2004. Scott is a board member of Sky Valley Foods, MKE Brewing Co, and Smart Choice MRI.

Adam Peck


Adam Peck, CFA has been in the investment industry since 1999. He is the founder and CIO at Riverwater Partners LLC, a socially responsible investment advisor. Riverwater invests in companies that balance stakeholder needs with a commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Before founding Riverwater, he was a partner at Heartland Advisors, a multi-billion-dollar boutique asset manager based in Milwaukee, where he co-managed two small cap mutual funds. Adam attained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in the Applied Security Analysis program and has a B.S. in International Relations from there as well. Adam has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV & Radio, and Fox Business News. He has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg Business Week, and the New York Post, among other publications.

He serves on the advisory board of the Applied Security Analysis Program at the University of Wisconsin, the board of Coral Gables Trust, and is a trustee for the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre.
